Bill brings a broad range of legal experience, from prosecuting crimes to practicing on behalf of America’s largest companies. He uses that experience to help the Rochester community with their legal needs.
Bill earned his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law in Queens, New York. He gained valuable experience during his legal career working with institutions like the New York State Supreme Court, the NFL’s Management Council, Seyfarth Shaw LLP, and the Sullivan County District Attorney’s Office.
Bill’s experience includes corporate compliance, litigation, and mergers and acquisitions. His work involved defending against multi-million dollar class action suits to reviewing nine-figure mergers and acquisitions, as well as drafting contracts, policies, settlements, and other documents for businesses of all sizes.
As a prosecutor, Bill conducted dozens of hearings and handled hundreds of cases ranging from minor traffic violations to Class A and B violent felonies, felony and misdemeanor DWIs and everything in between.
Bill’s interest in wills and trusts grew more organically. Planning for the end of life can be a daunting task. From different kinds of trusts to how property passes through a will, Bill’s estate planning practice helps make this area of law more accessible for everyone.

Bill believes life is best lived outdoors and alongside the people who matter most. Whether hiking a trail, going for a run, or spending time on the golf course, staying active and enjoying the outdoors is how he recharges and appreciates the simple things in life.
He shares his life with his wife and their two kids, who keep every day full of energy, laughter, and new adventures. Bill also volunteers at a local food cupboard and enjoys finding ways to contribute and support the community around him.
